Vulcan International, South Africa

Vulcan owns and operates Africa's largest coalmine at Moatize. Vulcan took a challenging target of 3x increase in met coal production in 14 months, managing 17 projects. The major risks foreseen were resource and material shortages, start-and-stop execution, conflicting priorities and lack of reliable projection.
First project was delivered in 260 days, against projection of 340 days. Second project was delivered, with significantly more scope, in 135 days. Both the shutdowns for tie-ins were completed on-time.
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE)
GRSE wanted to adapt Critical Chain & choose Realization India as their implementation partner to increase on-time delivery of ships for Indian Navy & Coast guard.

Trident Group
A real estate project that demanded coordination among over 30 vendors/contractors and significantly lagging procurement. Realization engaged with a target to complete the project in an aggressive timeline of 6 months.
• Overall execution throughput was increased by 25%. • Despite the additional hurdles posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, project was successfully delivered on-time.
VIBGYOR
VIBGYOR set a target of setting up 6 schools in 2019 20, against their usual 2-3 schools a year. Till June, progress was negligible and the general feeling was that none will come on time. Post-admission the due-date for next session start (April) is sacrosanct.
All 6 schools were delivered on time.
Amdocs
Over 50-60 projects were running in parallel, staffing requirements were hurting profitability.
Realization helped Amdocs come up with a optimal allocation mechanism to deliver 20% more projects with the same resources.
Vardhaman Special Steels Limited
Expansion & Modernization of Steel Melting Shop to enhance its annual capacity from 1.3 Lacs MT to 1.65 Lacs MT.
Project was completed on-time (10months) along with 2 major shutdowns of actual durations 12 & 8 days against plan of 11 & 8 days.
Welspun
₹ 2400 Cr worth of expansion (20 projects) in Vapi & Anjar
The capacity expansion was accomplished in 30 months, marking it as the most rapid in the textile industry. Nonetheless, our performance on cycle time was lacking, with a 30% project delay rate of 10 to 15% over the intended timeframe.
Vedanta
Vedanta’s ESL Steel Ltd in Bokaro undertook Blast furnace & sinter plant shutdown projects.
They had to take advantage of lean period & complete their shutdown by July. The target was achieved.
